District Child Protection Unit : Jamnagar


According to the National Policy, every child has the right to be brought up in a loving and caring family environment. Family-less children who need care and protection. As well as a special kind of program is run for the children living in the family. Foster Care, After Care and Sponsorship Program has been started by the State Government.

1) Foster Care : Complete the norms mentioned in the program guideline The cost of a foster care family or group foster care child is Rs. 3000 / - and a monthly fee of Rs. 3000 m Total monthly Rs. 6000 / - is due.

 2) After Care : Children from 18 to 21 years of age are given a monthly stipend of Rs. 6000 / - is eligible for assistance.

3) Sponsorship : To rehabilitate a child up to the age of 18 from the child care home to the society, a monthly fee of Rs. Assistance of Rs.3000 / - is available.

One Stop Center (OST) Advertisement 

One Stop Center Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad District under the One Stop Center Scheme by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India to provide integrated shelter, health care, legal aid, counseling, etc. to women victims of violence in a single place. In order to maintain the status quo at Asarwa, a voluntary organization has to be appointed which is notified by the Government as a service provider under the Domestic Violence Act-2006. And for which a proposal is invited in the prescribed sample form.
