NAMTECH Fellowship 

New Age Makers Institute of Technology (NAMTECH), an educational initiative by Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel (AMNS) India, seeks to transform the skilling ecosystem by delivering advanced trainings driven by Industry 4.0 technologies. NAMTECH School of Social Impact (NSSI) has launched its TVET outreach Program on a Hub and Spoke Model to enhance the competencies of the ITI students aligned to the emerging technologies of the industry. The NAMTECH NSSI Outreach Program is a strategic initiative aimed at bridging the skill gap among ITI students by providing them with guidance and mentorship from Master of Social Work (MSW) fellows. This fellowship program leverages the expertise of MSW students to support and mentor ITI students in their academic, professional, and personal development

Education Qualification : Candidates should hold a master’s degree in social work (MSW)

Experience : 2–3 years of experience in implementing development projects at the grassroots level. Proficiency in Gujarati is essential. Note: Fresher's can also apply.

Salary : Stipend: Stipend + relocation allowance will be given every month.
