Education Qualification : Incumbent should be a full-time MBA(HR) / MHRM /MSW / MLW / other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University.

Experience : Minimum 25 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in the areas of HR & Administration of large industrial organization.

Salary : The selected candidate will be taken on Company's Regular Grade GREO-03 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-03 is Approx. Rs. 30.77 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July - 2026.
