The Company owns and operates the state of the art 3.0 MTPA steel plant at Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh. The Steel plant has been built at a cost of approximately ₹ 24,000 crores. Post Name : Executive Trainee (Human Resources)

Education Qualification : Graduation ii. PG Degree/PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labor Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR /IRPM/HR/HRM or MBA (Personnel Management/HR /HRM) minimum of two years duration.

Experience : Years Related Filed Experience

Salary : The Executive Trainees will be in training for 06 months initially and will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/- plus Dearness Allowances (IDA) as per rules of the Company. On successful completion of training, the Executive Trainees will be designated as Assistant Managers in the scale pay of Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- and initial Basic Pay will be fixed at Rs.60,000/- per month. On successful completion of training, they will be entitled for Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other allowances and benefits as applicable as per rules of the NMDC Steel Limited. Being direct recruitment, the Company will not bear any liability on account of Salary/leave salary/pension contribution etc. of previous employment, if any

Age Limit : Upper Age limit is 27 years as on last date of online application as described in point no. 6(b). Upper age limit can be relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and as per Govt. of India Guidelines for PwBD/Ex. Servicemen. For Departmental candidates (NSL) age relaxation will be given up to 10 years.

Mode Of Selection :

The final merit list will be prepared based on following weightage of marks. SN Component Weightage 1. CBT (Computer Based Test) in concerned discipline 70% 2. Group Discussion (GD) 15% 3. Interview 15% 7.3 Languages for Computer Based Test (CBT) will be in Hindi & English which will consist of objective type multiple questions. 7.4 Minimum qualifying marks to be secured by candidates in CBT to be considered for GD & interview will be 40 marks for SC/ST/PwBD, 45 marks for OBC-NCL and 50 marks for UR/EWS category
