Wings to Fly the Foundation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate projects supported by one of our key funding partners. Currently, we are implementing seven ongoing projects under this partnership, with further expansion planned in the coming year. Te Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth project implementation, monitoring progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing strategies to improve the livelihood and income generation opportunities of beneficiaries associated with initiatives such as Diva Salon and Diva Design Studio.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields may also be considered.

Experience : Candidates with relevant experience in project coordination, NGO operations, community development, or livelihood projects will be preferred.

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, performance, and qualifications)
