DEEP is a Secular, Not-for-Profit, Non Government Organisation promoted by Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited and is being set up for Social Development with the active participation of local communities. DEEP operates in 19 villages of Mangrol taluka and 5 villages of Mandvi taluka in Surat District and 6 villages of Valia taluka in Bharuch District. DEEP works in close coordination with the local community in areas including Health, Education, Village Infrastructure Development, Livelihood etc. It caters to roughly fifty thousand populations within the program area comprising of Minorities, Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste and other backward classes. DEEP required Assistant Manager (CD) as a Regular Employee of DEEP to implement various activities in aforesaid areas.

Post Name : Assistant Manager

Education Qualification : Master of Social Works (MSW) or Master of Rural Studies (MRS) from reputed recognized University – full time course only. 

Experience : Preferably 10 years post qualification hands on experience in a responsible position in planning and supervision of community development works and rural areas under any reputed NGO / industry

Salary : Pay includes Salary, PF, etc. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate and shall commensurate with the best in the field. Page 2 of 2 Besides the attractive package, a residential accommodation will be provided in GIPCL Township close to the GIPCL-SLPP Power Plant with a school run by Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's affiliated to CBSE.
