Education Qualification : MSW Master of Social Work 

Experience : 1–3 years of field-level experience in NGO / social sector or relevant work

Salary : Rs. Based on interview

Location : Dahej, Bharuch

Age Limit : Years


Roles & Responsibilities :

* Supervise and support field staff and facilitators

* Ensure smooth implementation of project activities at village level

* Coordinate with government departments and local stakeholders

* Monitor field work, conduct visits, and review daily and monthly progress

* Support documentation, reporting, case studies, and data entry in project software


Key Skills Required :

* Ability to handle and manage a team

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting

* Must have own vehicle and validate driving licence
