About the Project

The project focuses on health issues such as malnutrition, anemia, menstrual hygiene, tuberculosis, substance Abuse, cervical and breast Cancer, and few other related issues among adolescent girls (10-19 years) and women of reproductive age (15-49 years). The sequential approach of awareness, screening, referral, and follow-ups is used to deliver services to the beneficiaries under the project.

Education Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in public health/sociology/social work is essential

Experience : 2-3 years’ experience of working in health/development projects at the field level.

· Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English.

· Excellent knowledge of working with the Health Systems and Community Intervention.

· Computer literate and fluent in using Office software (Word processors, spreadsheets, presentations).

Salary : Salary shall range between INR 15,000/- to 17,000/- CTC per month (Including EPF). Salary will commensurate with the previous drawn salary qualification and experience.

Location : Anjar - Kachchh and Vapi - Valsad

Purpose of the position

The field supervisor will be responsible for rolling out implementation of Project at the field level.

Responsibilities

The Field Supervisor, hold a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of all field-level activities in alignment with the project requirements under the guidance of the Project Officer and State Coordinator. Field Supervisor’s responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinate with the project team to conduct and update a comprehensive mapping of key functionaries and gate keepers at the field level.

2. Establish and maintain effective communication with field-level health department officials and frontline workers. Facilitate a smooth and harmonious implementation of the project through collaborative efforts.

3. Work closely with community mobilizers to ensure efficient data collection in the field. Emphasize the importance of high-quality data collection for the project's success.

4. Support community mobilizers in organizing community group sessions, meetings, and other field-level activities within the field. Ensure strict adherence to group sessions, one-to-one session, recipe demonstration protocol for their effectiveness.

5. Contribute significantly to the project development team

6. Shoulder the responsibility of achieving the project targets set in the project plan.

7. Be accountable for the timely and accurate feeding of data into the M2iapp. Ensuring data quality is critical for effective project delivery and monitoring.

8. Monitor the execution of project activities at the village level, including program indicators, adhering to project requirements and timelines.

9. Prepare the field level activities report as and when required

10. Be flexible and ready to undertake any other relevant duties as required by the State Coordinator and Project Officer at the Anjar and Vapi Block.
