Education Qualification : MSW Master of Social Work

Experience : at least 1-2 years in social development sector 

Salary : Rs.35-40k PM

Roles and Responsibility 

1. Facilitate increased access to quality education, particularly for girls within the Valmiki community and Agariyas children in the saltpan areas.

2. ⁠Monitor and support all activities in the saltpan areas to improve the quality of education.

3. ⁠Coordinate and oversee the functioning of a women's cooperative society in Ahmedabad district.

4. Be responsible for the capacity building of leaders and other stakeholders, which includes organizing training and meetings, managing logistics, arranging resource persons, and ensuring the availability of training materials and other requirements.

5. Regularly visit and spend adequate time in the field areas of Anand, Ahmedabad, and Surendranagar districts across both projects

6. As one of the Project Coordinator at SXSSS, you will report regularly to the Programme Anchor and submit reports on the work completed by you and the fellows.
