Education Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Rural Management, or related fields

Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the non-profit sector, especially in education-focused programmes. Experience working with government primary schools or within the government school ecosystem is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills. Excellent communication in Gujarati and Hindi; English preferred.Familiarity with documentation, MS Office, and digital tools. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary : CTC: ₹3.50 -3.90 LPA (based on qualifications and experience) (Including all Perks & Benefits)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Programme Planning & Implementation :

o Develop and execute school-level workplans aligned with programme goals.

o Ensure timely delivery of academic interventions, teacher support, and community-based activities.

2. Team Leadership & Management :

o Supervise and mentor a team of field coordinators and education facilitators.

o Conduct regular team reviews, provide guidance, and build team capacity.

3. Stakeholder & Government Liaison :

o Coordinate with Head Teachers, teachers, CRCs, and local education authorities.

o Represent the programme in government forums and ensure smooth field-level coordination.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation :

o Ensure regular field reporting, maintain documentation, and submit high-quality programme reports.

o Identify challenges and recommend data-driven improvements.

5. Financial Oversight :

o Monitor budget utilization and ensure transparent financial management at the cluster level.

o Work closely with the finance team to maintain proper records and accountability.

6. MIS & Data Management :

o Oversee data entry and reporting in programme MIS.

o Utilize data insights to support decision-making and improve implementation
