Education Qualification : Regular and Full Time Graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. And 2 years regular and full time Post-Graduation degree With specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies. 2 years regular and full time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) With specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies. 2 years regular and full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) With specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies. 2 years regular and full time equivalent master degree With specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. Additional qualification in law will be preferred. Proficiency in Marathi language is preferable. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree / Diploma certificate, letter from college / University Specifying the specialization will be required. Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 55% (for ST category candidates) aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma.

Experience : Years Related Filed Experience

Salary : Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs.60,000/- per month. Free lodging facility will be provided at company’s hostel, if posted at Trombay / Thal. The Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) will be provided to them during the training period. Medical facility for self will be provided at RCF Hospital. Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd. Management Trainees posted in locations other than Trombay and Thal (i.e. Marketing Area Office) shall be entitled for a fixed allowance @ Rs 5000/- pm towards boarding, lodging and local travelling expense. They will also be entitled to TA / DA while on tours as per existing TA /DA policy of the company. They will be provided medical treatment for self and accident insurance. After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 - 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (48.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 83,880/- approximately. Bond amount of Rs. Two Lakhs shall be deposited by the Management Trainee at the time of joining in the form of fixed deposit with the lien marked to the RCF Ltd. for the period of 4 years including one year of training. In case, a management trainee is unable to deposit the bond amount in advance at the time of joining, the bond amount can be recovered by monthly deductions from the stipend and converting to fixed deposit at the end of the financial year. B) Officer E1 grade: - Candidates selected in the E1 grade in pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000, the minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 83,880/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay +VDA (48.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) Officer E2 grade: - Candidates selected in the E2 grade in pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000, the minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 1,04,850/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay +VDA (48.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) for class A cities/applicable rates for other places). C) Besides, on absorption, the employee is entitled to company accommodation (Accommodation in the Company’s township will be provided in Thal Unit and is subject to availability in Trombay Unit). Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance, Pension Scheme and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules
