The facilities are located at Vadodara and near Surat in Gujarat. GIPCL is currently taking giant leap in the Renewable Energy Sector by 112.4 MW Wind Power Projects and 262 MW PV based Solar Power Projects at various locations in Gujarat. We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager (CSR) for our Surat Lignite Power Plant, Village Nani Naroli, Tal. Mangrol, Dist. Surat to pilot and coordinate CSR activities of the organization, to achieve planned social and economic improvements in the surrounding communities. CSR Department will be responsible for monitoring functions of DEEP an NGO formed by GIPCL to promote such social services

Education Qualification : A Graduate in any discipline with Full Time Post Graduate Degree from a recognized institute. Master in Social Work - (MSW) / Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) / Masters in Rural Studies – (MRS)

Experience : Preferably 14 years for Sr. Manager / 09 years for Manager, post qualification hands-on experience in a responsible position in planning and supervision of developmental works and rural areas under any reputed NGO/industry

Salary : Pay includes attractive salary, PF, etc. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate and shall commensurate with the best in the field. Besides the attractive package, we have a modern township close to the power plant at SLPP with a school run by Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s affiliated to CBSE
