Minimum Education Qualification : Graduate in Social Work/Rural Development or related field

Experience : Experience in fieldwork and community engagement preferred Good communication skills in Gujarati and basic reporting skills Willingness to travel in rural/remote areas of project villages. / Fresher's can Apply

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage and mobilize local communities for project activities

• Facilitate awareness campaigns and capacity-building sessions

• Coordinate with local stakeholders, SHGs, and government departments

• Monitor and report community-based activities
