Post Name : Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Class-I
Total Post : 01
Education Qualification : a Bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section-3 of The University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government; and a post-graduate degree in Social Work or Labour Welfare obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section-3 of The University Grants Commission Act, 1956
Experience : ) (i) Have about five years experience on the post not below the rank of the Superintendent, Class III, in the subordinate service of the commissioner ate of Labour; or (ii) Have about five years combined or individual experience in the field of Labour Problems or Settlement of Labour Disputes or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations in the Government Department/Local Bodies/the Government Undertaking Board/Corporation on the post not below the rank of the Labour Officer or Welfare Officer or Industrial Relations Officer in the said Organization; or (iii) Have about five years combined or individual experience in the field of Labour Problems or Settlement of Labour Disputes or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations in a Limited Company established by Law in India/Industrial establishment which is registered under the Factories Act,1948 on the post not below the rank of Labour Officer or Welfare Officer or Industrial Relations Officer. The candidate shall furnish a certificate of experience in the prescribed form attached as Annexure of this rules uploaded on Commission’s website.
Salary : Pay scale Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/- [Pay Matrix Level-10](as per 7th Pay Commission)
